Order Handling

You can order any of our product(s) as long as they are still available. Product(s) in high demand may be sold out really fast, so please note that adding item(s) to your cart, does not ensure the item(s) are reserved for you - you will have to complete the payment to make sure you have purchased the product(s).

Once you have checked out, you may not add more items to your cart. Modifying/adding product(s) is not possible. You have to make a new order again and contact us via Whatsapp +6282298988339 for your shipping fee amendments.

*Reservations for any of our product(s) is not permitted.

We reserve the right to not process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to payment error(s). Should there be any technical difficulties or system failures, we reserve the right to not process your order as well. We will refund your payment completely.

Pricing Rules

Prices shown on our webstore are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). Prices may change without any notifications.

International customer(s) shall pay the order(s) via Bank Transfer in Indonesian Rupiahs. We strongly recommend our international customers to pay with Wise Transfer.

We have our own fluctuate based currencies rate for US$. The customer(s) have no right  to change the currency exchange. Any custom(s) and tax fee(s) will be invoiced to you directly from the shipping company.

Product Color

We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors reference. However, colors may differ due lighting.

Payment

All payments will be through Midtrans Payment Getaway.

Refund

We only offer and accept refund(s) in form of STORE CREDIT at the selling price of the returned products. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Return and Exchange

For return(s), unboxing video is compulsory. Without it, we will not proceed under any circumstances.

Product(s) must be mailed for return within 3 (three) working days from the day the package has been received (i.e. Your order was arrived 1st February, you have until 3^rd February to ship back your return(s)). Products must be unworn and unwashed. Products must have FromK official tag attached. Due to hygiene reasons, products such as Accessories (Earrings, Necklace, Body Jewellery), Intimates, and Sportswear are strictly not permitted for returns or exchange.

Any merchandise marked “SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product(s) that do not meet conditions above cannot be exchange nor return.

For returned, we will need a video of unboxing for us to process. Without it, we cannot proceed under any circumstances.

Shipping

FromK sends to all parts of Indonesia by SiCepat and internationally through RaySpeed.

Please note, there is no delivery on Sundays, Public Holidays, or if there’s any force majeure events.

All contents from FromK webstore including Software and all HTML and codes are not permitted to be used for any other public purposes. Content(s) also includes any graphics, logos, photographs, image rights, videos or texts displayed at www.fromk-stores.com. Any reproduction, copying, or foregoing of the content(s) are prohibited.

We shall not bear any responsibility for losses that ARE NOT caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure.
