We hope you will love everything that you’ve ordered from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 3 (three) days to send it back to us. However, we need you to provide us with unboxing video to prove that it is unworn and as received as complaint. (i.e. your order was arrived 1st February, you have until 3rd February to ship back your returns).

For defected good returns, unboxing video is strictly needed.

Without it, we are unable to proceed under and circumstances.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. Make-up and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We would not accept any returns if the above followings do not applied. Please note the following items that are strictly not permitted for return and exchange due to hygiene reasons:

  • Accessories (Earrings, Necklace, Body Jewellery)
  • Sale
  • Sleepwear
  • Intimates
  • Sportswear

Refund in cash is not applicable from any purchase.

But don’t worry! Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email and a shopping credit for your next purchase.

For exchange; the desired exchange item will only be sent once we have received your item.

Please note that : Additional shipping is chargeable for the exchange.

How to Return / Exchange

Fill out the Return and Exchange Form

Pack up your return securely (in original packaging where possible).

Please note, it can take up to 5 (five) days to receive and complete your return. Exchange is allowed but refund in cash is not applicable.

Be sure to keep hold of your e-receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.

Your return will take up to 7 (seven) days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service via Whatsapp at +6282298988339 with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
