Return/Exchange Form

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 3 (three) days to send it back to us. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. Make-up and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please note that we strictly need to be provided a clear UNBOXING VIDEO for exchange of defect / claiming missing item .

We will not accept any returns if the above followings do not applied. Refund in cash is not applicable from any purchase

You will get a store credit for a year that can be used for your future purchase. The desired exchange item will only be sent once we have received your item.

Please note, shipping fee will be applied for the exchange. On sale Item is not allowed for exchange or store-credit payable.

Your exchange process should take a maximum of 7 (seven) days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible. During busy periods (such as holidays and sales events), it may take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email and a shopping credit for your next purchase. You may share the code with anyone.
